Tunisian web3 initiative Dar Blockchain has recently announced its upcoming blockchain hackathon, titled: Hedera Hackathon – Web3: Decentralizing the Future. The event is a result of Dar Blockchain’s recent partnership with the Hashgraph Association, responsible for developing the Hedera blockchain.
The hackathon, scheduled between January 26th – January 28th in the coming year, will be hosted by Esprit University in Ghazela neighbourhood in suburban Tunis, and will cover a wide range of blockchain use cases.
Teams from 3 to 5 members can join by filling a simple form over Dar Blockchain’s Ecosystem DAO platform (link in bio). At least one team member should be Hedera certified, knowing that access to Hedera certification is already open for free via the mentioned platform.
More details on the hackathon, including challenge descriptions, workshops, and expert speakers, will be released with time. This is the first of several hackathons that Dar Blockchain is expected to organize across 2024, as a part of its partnership with the Hashgraph Association, largely focusing on Tunisia, North Africa and the broader MENA region.
